Privacy and data
We collect information a visitor voluntarily provides by email or WhatsApp and use limited traffic measurement without Analytics or advertising cookies.
Data collected
Name, contact details, organisation, project of interest and message content only when the user provides them.
Purpose
To answer an enquiry, confirm scope and price, prepare an invoice, deliver a package, provide support and meet required accounting obligations.
External services
Opening WhatsApp or email means using that external service under its own terms. The site does not ask for passwords or bank card data.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads operate in a restricted mode: Analytics and advertising cookie storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are denied by default. Google may receive cookieless technical signals for aggregate traffic and enquiry measurement. We do not use these signals for remarketing or personalised advertising.
Retention and protection
Enquiry data is kept only as long as required to respond, fulfil an order, provide support and meet mandatory business records. Access is limited to people who need it for work.
